Where did you find the LEDs for this?? i have been looking all over and i can not find the correct size that will fit in my cluster. all of my bulbs are the smaller tan kind, i don't have any of the bigger bulbs.
heres some pics of the bulbs i have.
They are all the small tan, none of the larger yellow or blue ones.
oh and by the way this LED Bulb will replace the one behind the ac unit if you haven't found one yet.

*** I used the WP5 for teh Left side of Speedo area & WP9 for Right side ...left side doesnt have the clearance that the right side does..need to use shorter buld ..but it still puts out PLENTY of light !! : )
Then just correlate the twist locks with the size that you are replacing (stock)
Hey man, I agree with you 100%! This forum rocks and so does BenzWorld. I would really appreciate it if you would take the pics and post a DIY on here. I just finished changing my climate control light (thanks to this forum) and I am sure it is only a matter of time before I loose some cluster lighting. Would love to see how it is done. By the way, I tried to make my own climate control/radio keys and they didn't work. Bought a pair on Amazon for $5.00 and they worked like majic. Having the correct tools is definitely the answer!
A wire coat hanger can be formed to make the right tools. When you bend the hook ends, do so at more than 90 degrees so they don't slip off.
Hello, sorry for meddling in this topic, but I can't seem to find any answers for my problem.
Thanks in advance for any answers and help.
I have a w204 estate (S204) 2009 pre-facelift, and I have the cluster below: I would like to know if someone could help me out. I am interested in changing my stock cluster for any of the models of the clusters attached below (I take suggestions as well), doing this would I need to change the steering wheel as well as I have the classic wheel with 4 buttons like the picture below or could I keep the stock steering wheel ?(The ending result I want would be like this steering wheel picture - cluster and wheel).
My steering wheel is exactly the same as this picture.
Would I like to know how difficult would this process be, if it would need any coding as I would be buying used or would be like plug and play and that's it.
Thanks in advance for the help guys.
