'99 E430 front & rear flex Lemforder discs replaced--vibration
Group,
I replaced both front and rear lemforder flex discs--print on flex discs face front of car--yes , they are seated properly . How can I check the center support bearing and how do you adjust it--mount bracket has two bolts with enlongated slots at bolts--what is correct way to test/adjust bearing? Do I have to remove driveshaft and lower exhaust again to be able to remove heat shield to gain access to center bearing?I have a vibration ONLY on deceleration at @ 45mph to 25mph--seems to be in drive line.
