Check Engine Light - P0120 and P0442 Codes
Looking to find out if anyone here has encountered the P0120 code, it came on a couple of days back on my car and I am looking for instructions to address this issue. I had the codes pulled at Autozone and the scanner marked it as TPS sensor A circuit for the P0120 code and evaporation emission leak detected for P0442. Any direction will be much appreciated.

Unplug and
check the harness at the tps.
Small leak in evap check for cracked hoses at the charcoal canister and flip your gas cap gasket over, see if that helps. Also clean your purge valve
diy on www.benzworld.org w210 diy section.
Also get your own scanner about 50 bucks at harborfreight tools and erase the codes.. Then see what comes back over the next few weeks. Sometimes conditions just pop up that trigger a cel and go away. If they come back then get out the tools.
is it running fine?

I have a similar problem with my 96 E300, I get a TPS check engine code as soon as I switch on the Cruise Control, cruise control works fine and so does the gas pedal, I also get the WOT code off the climate control, any ideas?
