Question regarding damage to wheel attachment parts
Hi guys,
One of my cousins had a mishap with his W210 4-matic. He says he broadsided a barrier of some sort at about 15mph or so and the wheel twisted out. He wanted to know what damage you see and whether it would be a very costly fix..
Thanks

Fender,bumper,hood damage,front axle,front arms,other bent parts,rim,tire,maybe rotor.
Costly fix indeed.

Ignoring the body damage for the moment, there is clearly a broken inner tie rod, and I guess that's the other half sticking out behind the tire. You would have to replace those first before you can see what else is bent beyond repair, but almost certainly some other things, especially with the AWD parts.
