OEM guarantees a perfect fit for your W210, aftermarket stuff usually requires some minor modifications to achieve that OEM fit.

The link you provided does not mention the name of the company that makes them, talk to the bodyshop that will actually do the work, because there is a number of companies that produce these parts and some area considerably worse than others, if they did the job in the past they should be able to tell you if they run into any difficulty with aftermarket fenders.
But PelicanParts is right with OEM the fit and metal quality is guaranteed.
However some aftermarket companies go as far as offering a life-time warranty on their product which could be tempting since our fenders always rust in the same spot and fairly quickly.
