Can't figure out whether its the bigger (arguably better) car or cactus that lured her...........if my geography serves me right, she'd obviously gone a long way for it......but somehow she doesn't look any more interested!:p

With the new comand, are you planning to change your Bose CD changer to fiber optic (with fiber optic wires) as well or do you already have an existing fiber optic Bose system? I still have the older system (pre fiber optic) and I am seriously considering asking Steve to get me a FO system as well. You know, that way he installs everything in one whole Saturday morning.
Any indication when he is coming to our area. He says that it might be late August or early September. I hope it is late August because I have to drive to Rhode Island the weekend of Labor day and I really would like to test the navigation system.
My wife will flip!

steve also told me the same late august/ early sept. time frame. I have to do a run to toronto in september, so hopefully i'll have the comand in by then! I actually already have the accessory MB nav system (sits on the dash), but unfortunately that system doesn't have a canadian nav disc
Since mine is a 99 model, I have the fiber optic CD changer already; did he tell you how much it would be to put in an FO CD changer?

I envy you guys - it'll cost me too much to do the blinker mirrors here, unless I just opt for the blinker add on covers.....
As for nav's - my town is so small, we don't really need it (but they look so cool

whitey - i've seen plenty of places in HK with those blinker add on covers. The ones I've seen though look like the ones on S-classes (the blinker going down almost the full length of the mirror instead of like on the 210's with the blinker on the edge)... where in HK are you?

Yep, full length blinker - the one I saw on display was Chromed (!!!!) but they said the ones for sale needs to be painted. Price HK$1000/pr unpainted (another $1000+ for painting). But I've only found one place with the MB add-on blinker mirrors.
What do u mean where in HK? Its such a small place, its irrelevant but I live on the island, work in the New Territories and go any where around town to find/buy parts and fix my car. Any good recommedations? They want over HK$13K for the genuine 00+ mirrors (unpainted) and I'd rather spend my money on something that's more noticeable first e.g. wheels.

Sorry but couldn't you just buy them from Steve or something and have them shipped to you??? Would the shipping from either the USA or Netherlands into HK be that expensive...
