Garage Door Opener Question (Part 2)
Okay, so after asking here about programming the garage door opener, I managed to get it done.
However, I'm having one additional issue: it only works inside -- i.e., I can use it to open the garage door when leaving, but when I come back, it won't open from the outside. Any ideas on how I can boost the transmitting power of the door opener?

Where is the receiving antenna on the garage door opener. I haven't heard of not having enough transmission power. Do other remotes work farther away from the outside?

I agree, if it will work from the inside and when you are leaving and the door is open, it should work from the outside. E-Klasse is right, check the antenna wire on top of the actual garage door openning unit and make sure that it isn't cut or tangled up anywhere...

Interestingly, the regular remote works fine; it's when the door is closed and I'm approaching that the integrated remote on the mirror doesn't work.
