Sunroof problem (ive read everything on it!)
so my problem is slightly different from all the ones that i have read. my sunroof wont budge a single millimeter, its stuck closed. i tried forcing it a bit to no avail. do i have to take the headlight off to get to it? anything else i should try?

If I had this problem, I would first disconnect the battert wait 30 seconds and reconnect-----can you open---if not, use the tool you we supplied with to open and close the roof---good luck

Have you checked the fuses?? They are #41 in the panel under the hood and #4 under the rear seat. Check with a meter since eyeballing doesn't always work.
If you are missing the emergency crank, the drive screw takes 4mm allen wrench. Remove left light cover to access. Lots of torque is needed since you must overcome the mechanical advantage of the motor gear train.

if i may jump in on a thread already started......
my sunroof will tilt open and shut just fine......when i try to slide it open/back it grinds and crunches as other owners have experienced.....cables mangling i suppose? Anyway, It will move back about an inch and, if i stand outside the car while my son trys the open switch i can move it back another inch but thats it......
after reading about the manual crank i tried that but still no joy......wont budge past the couple inches.......is there any hope other than removing the headliner/unit?
