Does anyone know if the iSimple Tranzit is77 model would be installed in my Benz ? or is there a nice genuine out there that wont make my car look like crap? Has anyone done it?

I don't want my car too look ugly inside i want it nicely organized and i need a ipod integeration kit, so anyone got anything it would be really helpful
