A great friend of the community

I forward this email I received from Roy at Fastlane/Peachparts.
Their DIY forums are some of the best and parts supply and pricing are some of the best.
Phil was the voice and the face of the Company and on the eve of his 61 Birthday suffered a massive heart attack and passed away.
He will be missed by all who knew him and most of you either benefited from his knowledge of Mercedes Parts knowingly or unknowingly.
Take pause at this time of the year and maybe contribute to the fund.
He helped you out,if you never had a chance to say thanks, this is the time.

RIP. Thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I first spoke to Phil back in 2004/2005. Does not feel like it has been
that long ago.

I heard. Phil was such an awesome guy and a big help. Bought almost all of my parts through him. He was instrumental in helping me DIY the headgasket repair on my car. Salesman with a capital S.
