Question 1999 E430 vibrating at certain times, HELP!!

Hey, i have noticed this problem for about two months now. I know i am being stupid and not fix it immediately, but i thought that it would be the old tires and so i changed all four tires to the Bridgestone Turenza with serenity. But the problem is that when i start the car in parked position, it is good. Once i put it in reverse or drive while still not moving, the whole cabin vibrates to the engine. But as i start driving (moving) the vibration goes away and the car is silky smooth. If come to a stop at the stop light the car starts vibrating again and i put it in neutral and the vibration goes away!! I dont know what the problem is and i took it to the auto shop and they said that it is the engine mountsand told me to replace them. My car is at 138,052 miles. So i dont know what is happening and i need your help!!

I think the shop you took it to is right. I would replace the engine mounts and transmission mount.

Ok, and yea they did told me to change the transmission mount and they have me an estimate of about $687 or something like that but it was close to $700. So I am just waiting for my tax returns and I also need to change my front brakes because I am getting the break pad wear warning from time to time. So do I have to do the mounts replacement right now or can it a couple more months??

you can wait it out a couple of months if necessary... no big deal. just don't drive it too hard, or the engine could jump and mess up other parts.
