Oil leak help

The oil looks like it is seeping from the gasket (see photos). What is the metal part on top of the valve cover that the gasket seals called? Is there a DIY? Thanks in advance for any help.

Valve cover vent. You have to reseal using RTV sealant. Replace the brittle hoses while there, and clean any sludge from the tiny vent holes.

Thank you. I have been told to replace aluminum bolts also. Going to dealer to line up parts.
