Adjustable suspension
Hi im a new owner of a 1995 e320 or w210 i understand..i was just wondering what the deal with fittin adjustable suspension when the shock and springs are seperate? has me puzzled...could someone post a picture of what they look like installed.
Also i have been reading up on my car..and it seems that it should be a 96 model..not a 95? apparently the w210 body was not used until 96?

there really isn't any 'coil over' designs available. very rare and frequently you
see advertisements professional the coil over or piggyback design only to learn
from the vendor that they don't have it available for the 210 models when you
place the order. you're informed that they only offer separate components,
shocks and springs.
if you use the SEARCH feature on this forum, you'll find a few rare post from
folks who say they spotted coilovers, but very few people can post that they
installed this onto the 210 which is designed to function via separate perches.

Congratulations on the purchase of your w210 your gonna love it... http://ksportusa.com/products/coilovers/kontrol-pro/ is the site for the coil overs. My shop recommend them cuz of 36 setting damper will still let you get the Smooth ride and it has built in camber kit! So you don't have to buy a separate kit. They are pricey but worth it cuz you wanna lower it right the first time. This is the thread that convinced me https://mbworld.org/forums/w210-amg/357523-k-sport-coilovers-installed-pics.html hope this helps, good luck.

Ok thanks...have you come across any pictures of the actual unit when it is installed though. That seems to be a one peice unit where as the original suspension is a floating spring with the shock sitting next to it...thats what im trying to figure out.

I was actually looking to install depo projectors as well, because with the stock reflectors these cars look really old. lol
one way to update the look is to buy a set of facelift tail lights

Ok then..it's all very confusing for me because when i search for 95 model parts it just comes up with 300e parts and such..it's only when i search for 96 parts that i find parts that actually look like they would fit my car..Also what is the deal with this Depo stuff..are all the others **** quality? Sorry for being a noob..im new to this mercedes stuff. Not alot of people willing to put money into their cars own them in new zealand..i usually deal with skylines lol. Hence the reason i put deep dish tsw's on mine.

don't worry about it man! we're here to help
I believe yours is a 96 because that's the first year of the w210. and a lot of people actually say that the depo projectors are crap, so they end up doing a retrofit. and I like the look of the tsw's on your car! just lower it and it'll be good

there is only a 1 finger gap above the tires. the 2nd photo was from an unlowered suspension
my cousin is visiting NZ in a couple of months. i should talk her into bringing a pair of Depo headlights for you. (she won't, of course)
