Washing your car
My car is looking pertty filthy at the moment. It's been too hot in England of late to get outside and give the car a good scrub and now have the rather horrid brown spots, where one night's rain has streaked the dust.
What do you guys (and gals) do in hotter climes...frankly just not used to all this heat. Not complaining though

Here in the USA, many gas stations have an automatic car wash that is available at a discount with fill up. There are also places that will wash, vacume and even detail your car while you wait in the cool air conditioning.
If you do it yourself in the 100 degree heat, try to stay in the shade, drink plenty of water, take frequent breaks, and don't hesitate to soak yourself down with the hose if you get too hot.

I Would Get Up EARLY ...Before sunrise and wash it!
I Do Every weekend and then there is NO problem With Heat!

Same here, get up early in the morning and either wash it myself or take it to the hand wash car wash. They do a great job and I know the owners so they take extra special care switching in between rags when cleaning the body, windows, bottom of body and wheels. Also, make sure your car hasn't been sitting in the sun for a long period of time before washing it. Make sure it has been in the shade so that you don't swirl up your paint by washing it when it's hot.

Yeah, that's the problem. getting up early isn't my strong point and I don't want to wash the car when it is too hot. I absolutely don't want the car drying as I wash it too. There aren't any hand car washes near me only the machine type 
It look s like the weather is turning now anyhow. It's about 10 celcius cooler than this time last week.
