primary catalytic converter V8's
I thought I might post this hear as well hoping maybe some of the V8
w210 guys might have some thoughts.
Many of our cars are probably getting to the age where cats are going to be an item coming up if they have not. I was mistakenly under the impression that I would be going to Kleemann headers at this time but it does not seem I will be able to overcome the emissions problem. I have found no real good solution for solving this since my car has the 2.0 ECU and not the 2.8. This now means I have to find a replacement cat for the primary's.
My question is to anyone that has replaced their primary's. Is there anything that fits and will not throw codes or do I have to just buy the stock setup and cut them out and weld in place on my exhaust since I already have X pipe and secondary, resonator delete.
