E320 wont start!!
and theres no warnings or messages on the dash after it starts up

A failed CPS throws a code,a failed circuit in the CPS system throws a code.
A failing CPS throws no code. They do fine when cooled off, they get warm and expand, they stop suppling the signal to the ECU,they shut down the fuel and spark. They cool down, car starts, cycle repeats. Simple, even you after all these years should be able to comprehend the reason a failing CPS throws no codes. You've been told about a thousand times, you've been banned from another Mercedes forum for posing as a shop owner and passing out costly false information. It is no wonder you can't understand a CPS failing does not mean it has failed, thus no code and certainly no need to whip out your Xentry or send a member on a wild goose chase after fuel rail issues.
For a poser that claims he owns a repair shop, when all you really have is an old diesel benz that up until you bought it a few years ago you didn't know how to change a bulb, you don't catch on too fast do you?
Advice? Jack, you need your systems tested.
The OP needs to take the 15 minutes and the new CPS and install it.
Problem solved.
Where's your shop again?
