How to?

For the past 2 weeks "Defective Lamp" light has been going of on the screen in the car, however from time to time it went away. I checked every single light and they all seemed to work.

Well long story made short, it turnes out it's one of the license plate lights, specifically the one on the left. It went out today again and when I pushed it in a little it started to work again, so I guessing it just keeps on popping out of the socket.

I looked all over the trunk and the license plate area and I can't find access to that light bulb, anyone know how to open it?

Thanks in advance.

I believe that you have to take the whole bar or cover off of both of the lights over your plate. It is held on by screws from the under side. When you take that piece off, the bulb holders will hang down. I saw this when I installed a chrome piece above my plate. See if the socket is cracked or a wire is loose.
