Fan shroud removal W210 320CDI, year 2000,
Hello everybody.

I need to remove the fan shroud in order to change the belt and inspect for potential leaks.

I tried a search and could not find anything successfull.

Is there any trick to take away this shroud?

Your face lifted car may be different from my '97, but on my car you just remove the two clips on top, and just pull the shroud straight up. There is no need to mess with the fan to change the belt on my car.
