HVAC Control unit problem....
Guys i currently own a 97 E-420. The HVAC control unit works great but the night glow does not work some times. Some days it turns on and others it does not, the temp numbers show up but the light for night driving does not. I tapped the centre console a few times once and made it turn on. I drove for around 30 mins and when i shut off the car and started it again the light would not turn on again, damn german gremlins.
Weird thing is that it turns on some times and other times it does not so i dont think its the bulb, could it be a short of some kind?
Any suggestions to fix the problem are appreciated
