I finally got around to putting in my rear Bilstein sports yesterday. It handles great! But every time I go over any bumps in the road, there's a clunking coming from the rear passenger side. The drivers side doesn't make the same sound, so I'm stuck wondering what it could be. Any suggestions/experience with this problem?

did you torque them down to the recommended tensions? does the left torque
tensions match the right side? we can't tell you over the keyboard as much as
you can if you just backtrack and proof your work. start all over if needed.

Check your sway bar (bushing?)...I finally did my lower ball joints up front and now I hear the sway bar clunking. Worth a check.

Check the top mounting, it is either loose or the rubber bushings are worn ( squashed ) too thin. I use battery impact wrench to tighten these nuts, much faster than holding the top of the shock pin with with a special shock wrench to stop the shaft rotating while tightening the 17mm nut/nuts.
