1998 e320 and 1998 ml320
valve selector pin clip
hello all I have a 1998 E320 that I recently bought for my wife
when I purchased it I noticed that it would not shift properly so with diagnoses I concluded that it was the conductor plat but while going back with the conductor plate the plastic clip broke I have spent weeks trying to find this clip and the proper name for it even the people at Mercedes had no clue what it was or what it was called so after researching I finally found it some people call it a manual valve but the proper term for it is valve selector piston clip it was really hard to find and the only place I found it was in the uk which was out of stock but I was able to find it through a sprinter transmission rebuilder online here in the states it sprintertransmissions.net and for anyone else in need of this part I hope this helps you ask for john real nice guy and very helpful...good luck to all
