Rear end of car jumping around on highway? Scary.

The rear end of My car has been jumping around like crazy when going over rough patches in the highway. I noticed it seems to happen more frequently when raining.. But that could be because its been raininf all week here in Mass.

The feeling is best described as a loose wheel, or the whole back axle moving. I have brand new konis in the rear (this was happening before the konis) and eibach springs. This problem has caused me tO pull over twice.. Jack
The back of the car up and check my lugs/ attempt to wiggle the back wheels. Lugs and wheels are tight as hell so i have absolutely no idea what could be causing the back of the car to feel like the axle is wobbling on rough highway patches.

First guess was the shocks, but after replacing them with my koni yellows i really dont know where to look next ?! Any ideas?

Subframe bushings and rear sway links were first on my list to check out.. I didnt think anything in the rear was touched during an alignment?? Had an alignment right before a lowered my car a few months ago (i kno i should have done it after). Either way, i dont see how this effects the rear

fair to say i should probably do the subframe bushings anyway? its a 97 e320 with 175,000 miles... i just had lower control arms done, tie roads, sway links and all that fun front end stuff... so seeing that every rubber piece in the front is all old and worn out.. probably time to start attacking the rear.
