It's 0W40. Have been using that and it is recommended by MB techs.

Thanks bro! I am running 245/35 Front and 275/30 rear. Offset are et 38 front and rear--but I am running spacers 5mm/10mm, respectively. The front fenders are rolled flat so they are fine. However, some rubbings might occur when I do a full turn. Check this thread out https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w...bbs-rs-gt.html Please ignore the Troll's comments

Make sure it's 229.3 or 229.5 approved. Always 95+ Jeesh where do you live - Hell?

I just did my oil change a few weeks ago, and I went to Walmart for the 5 quart 0w40. It was a lot cheaper than buying them by the quart

i just put synthetic 5w40 chevron delo in my e320 a few weeks ago runs great. looking in the service booklet that came with my car, I noticed the mb dealer put 15w50 Castrol when the car only had like 40,000 miles!! whats up with that is it ok to use thick *** oil like that on our cars? sometimes I think thicker oil would be best because my car has high miles 225000 and I drive it hard

I always use 0w-40, and a genuine filter
