interior question

well its sat night and i'm home sick and bored, didnt feel like going out tonight so i was thinking of thinks to do. has anyone ever dyed their leather on the car? i don;t want to do a interior change and plus i rather save my money for other things, but i have known people who have done it and got their stuff from some company, my thing is if i get the stuff will someone do it for me, i don;'t have time to do it and want it to be perfect, but from tan can i go to white, i know i can do black but what are my options????

humbly suggest you try buying some cheap leather shoes and some miracle dye, or whatever, and dye said shoes. That will put you off it for life. besides if you get it ever so slightly wrong, it would likely cost $$$$ to fix.

A local dealer dyed a few '99 W210 E55s black that originally came with the black/gray seats. They were dealer ordered cars and they thought the seats looked tacky. I can tell you that the dye job looked worse. The stiching doesn't pick up the same amount of color and looks terrible. Also, when the stitches stretch and the seams loosen up, you'll see the old color if the dye wasn't left on long enough.
