Exclamation W210 Issues! HELP!!

Hey there,
recently my w210 e320 started giving me some problems all of a sudden.
1. when i rev it high on low gears (5000 rpm or above), the engine looses its smoothness after coming back to standstill. the car shakes, it looses power, just dosent seem right
2. my SRS light stays for exactly 90 seconds whenever i turn the car on. it disappears after that, never comes back while its running.
3. climate control shows temperatures that are 30+ the actual temperature!
4. i hear a rattle sound from under the car at low revs and some specific revs 3000 rpm-ish
Any help/advice/experience would be appreciated, cheers.

3. Climate control does not show the actual temperature. It shows the set point.
4. Sounds like the dead cat rattle.

External temp sensor is located under front license plate area in lower front bumper.

sweet got that bit sorted. my car was built in Germany, so by the gear selector i have a switch that toggles between drive modes and says "E" or "S" instead of the usual "W" or "S". Does anyone know which one i am supposed to use for daily non snowy conditions?
