Squeaking noise when breaking while in Reverse after cold start

My car with recently replaced brake pads and rotors (both front and rear) started squeaking now. The squeaking sound is heard fairly loudly but only after I cold start in the mornings (35-50 degree F) that too only when I am reversing the car from my driveway and hit the brake. The sound then disappears rest of the day.

Any one seen this and can offer any possible reasons?

thanks.

It happens to me too, but the sound seems to go after a while of driving.
Temps here range from -5 to -35 C
I had a similar problem in my W124, replacing the rear pads did the job.

Cheers

What brand brake pads did you install? Organic? Semi-metallic? Metallic?

As mentioned, replacing the pads with a quality brand will take the noise away.
