'04 Silverado Z71 - sold all my Benzes and need another!
They look pretty tight. Wonder if it's the lighting or angle of the pic. doing that? Whatever it is they look good.

Definitely not lighting - I've got other pics that'll prove that. Actually, I think I've seen just the similar stuff for it, a film (except with a slight psychodelic multi-color or alternatively yellowey tint) I mentioned this before in a much earlier thread from Benz about tinting head lamps - I might give it a try and let everyone know.......if no body comes up with an exact product.

The light assemblies look similiar to the CLK assemblies. I am not sure if they are an option or the euro halogen version for the W210. Aside from that, I think what you are looking at is the fact the inside of the lamps, the inside bezels, not the reflector, are painted black or a similiar dark color. With this light assembly, the outer lens is mostly clear, allowing you to see the inside bezel clearly. Normally the bezel parts are silver in color. When painted dark, the lense alllows the color to look 3rd via the refractive portions of the lense itself.
I am not a MBZ expert, so I cannot sight part numbers per vehicle/year, but a lady here at work has a CLK with the same type of light assembly. This CLK also has many AMG parts too, so I am not sure if it is part of the AMG upgrades.
Other experts in this area will be able to identify the exact parts. Even in stock form, these lights look more modern than my '99 headlights.

Thanks guys and interesting Rob_fed......but I have Euro Halo's on the full loaded Euro option pack - same as the other guys. Let me check with the MB.........I'll also see what I can find at the local ricer joint.
