Just got an Oil Sensor Defective Message......Need some help!

<hr style="color:#cccccc; background-color:#cccccc" size="1"> I just got an oil sensor defective message. I checked my oil level and its fine. I am taking it to an Indy Mercedes Mechanic locally next Friday. I have to commute to work this Sunday thru Thursday this coming week. It's about 85 miles round trip in congested traffic....(San Francisco Area in California). Here's my question. Will I have any problems driving the car for a week. I got the message once this morning going to the bank and when I drove back home the message did not come back on. I have a 1998 E320 sedan w/ 165k miles on it. Thanks in advance for any insight you guys could give me.
