buying an e320 wagon
front LCA differences

I'm not getting any help on another forum so I'm trying here....

I got laid up with a broken collarbone and broken ribs before I finished my front suspension work. What I have left to do is lower control arms (or the bushings) in the front and an alignment. I noticed that the part numbers for 4-matics are different and the part numbers for 4matics with xenon are different than those and hard to get. what could be the difference with the xenon control arms? possibly something to do withe headlight leveling? could I just delete the auto-leveling? If I could go with the non-xenon control arms it would make sense to buy the whole arms and not just install the bushings
also if I skip this job how long are the bushings that are already going bad going to last? The car needs an alignment to be safe and I won't be able to do the work myself for a couple of months. the indy wants 1200 a side. or 900 for just the bushings. what a rip!
thanks!

part numbers for my car are 210-330-3707 and 6907
