When I'm driving and I am stopped and my foot is on the break peddle I feel my car rumbling/ bubbling almost exactly where my foot is on the break peddle. You can't feel the rumble sitting in the passenger seat. When I start driving the rumble goes away. I can't feel it driving at high speeds. I feel like the longer I drive my car for 30 minutes or more the rumble will eventually go away or decrease. I am due for a oil change but I don't think this has anything to do with it?

edit: only thing I can add is my oil level says high. This been a couple weeks. I tried topping it off it must of added to much. Not sure if this has anything to do with it
