Unhappy W210 E240 Firing problems after new coils

I have recently experienced problems with the aboves ignition. I have had replaced by Merc the ignition coils on cylinders 4 & 6 and recently had replaced coils 1,2,3 & 5 by Bosch. Everything appeared to be working well until just before I collected the car. They explain that the car functions purfectly up to 4k rpm (when the engine management light kicks in) above that but below 5k, cylinder 5 stops firing. They have changed the coil with one of the other cylinders, together with new leads and also checked the injector. All to no avail. I am about to take it back to them again but wondered wether any of your members had ever come across anything similar.
