The one with the chrome on the ashtray is definitely available in Carlsson and its real cheap too. Didn't look too good on white IMO so I finally used what I am using now. Should look a lot better on black. Let me know if you want it and I'll try to pick a pair up before I head your way next month.

BTW Richard, which one is your ride in the Bnzworld galleries? I've seen a few shots re. your new projectors and it looked real sweet already - any other pics of your ride?

Carlsson, I suggest you add the chrome headlight rings. They'd look nice with those wheels you have there.

Rbreton88, I had a look of the chrome rings, and I don't really like the look of it..furthermore i'll be dechroming my anatgarde hoood grill and spraying it the same colour as the car for a more fiercer look..

U´re the first owner of a E280 like me i see around here


Nice bodykit too. I´ve got the First Lorinser Dtm kit and spoiler on my benz as also Amg 17" rims, Amg exhaust, bilstein b12 tuning kit suspension , ate powerdisk brakes w Ferodo Ds2500 pads.

My car is Azurite Blue and i´ve painted the front grille the same color as the car and it looks badass Also added the E55 , new model rear tailights.

funny enough, when i was driving around Kuala Lumpur, i saw another E with the same kit as yours, silver but with 19 inch Lorinser wheels. pretty sweet..

Love the painted grille. Did you have to de-chrome the grille at first, or did you just painted over it ?

Its in my plans to change this 17 AMG for 18 or 19...still have to think about it.

I really dont know about that grille paint procedure, just left it at a friends paint shop
