Does anyone know what's the diff. between Phillips SilverVision Indicator Bulbs and the regular bulbs. Thank You!!!

'01 E320 sport all opts. except xenon. '92 525ia the daily car
silvervision are clear but lights up amber
they are clear bulbs that light up amber so you can get the visibility without having the orange center in your clears.
