Airbag Problem
I have a 1999 E320 that the Airbag Light on the console says "Airbag Off". and the SRS light on the dash is on all the time. I understand there is a sensor in the passenger seat, that may have a broken wire. Where is this located and what does it look like and should the battery be disconnected when I'm messing with this...? Thanks for any help.

It is not that difficult and will give you a chance to collect the coins you dropped down there years ago 
Fixing the wire might not be that easy as mine broke close to the sensor and took me a while to figure it out. Than you need very flexible wire that will not break in few weeks.
Now I would try to find cheap replacement on ebay and plug it under the seat to make sure this is your actual problem.
Other way would be hooking up SD, but that at dealers cost more than new sensor.
