What is this rubber piece?

Had the car washed over the weekend and this was sitting on the passenger front floorboard. Where does it go?

It is body panel stop/bumper.
Doesn't look like MB part to me, but check the hood first.

Looks like it could be the one of the stops for the glovebox door.

Would make sense to be a glovebox door stop if in passenger footwell but strange the car wash place would need to get in your glovebox unless you had full interior detail. :-)

Thanks for the ideas. I'll look tonight. Yeah, my first thought is it doesn't feel/look like an MB part....but wanted to ask!
