1997 E320 M104 weird missfire issue

I have a 1997 E320 with the M104 L6. I am having a weird issue, the car misses on 1, 3 and 4 but sometimes the car runs just fine, but every 3rd restart of the car it misses so bad it will die, then after restarted again it's back to the light bouncing at idle. The crank position sensor , mass airflow sensor, coils, plugs, wires, and Cam position sensor have all been changed within the last 3 weeks. Car throws these codes:
P0301: Cyl. 1 Miss
P0303: Cyl. 3 Miss
P0304: Cyl. 4 Miss
P0300: Random miss
?????: O2 sensor 1 bank 1
?????: EVAP Vac. small leak
This car is my daily, I'm in college and most definitely can't afford to take it to Mercedes, this car is new to me I had a 95 F-150 with 265,000 miles and it ran great, but I couldn't afford fuel. This car has 141,000 and is starting to make me regret my decision. I am going to school to be a mechanic so I can DIY pretty much anything so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Are we to assume that all the parts you replaced on the car were new, not used so you could say they were new to the car??

All of the parts were replaced by Mercedes within the last month.
