E430 Strange noise...

E430 Strange noise...
Hi here... let's begin:
3 days ago i refueled my car and have drive about 100 miles. Before the trip when i refueled it the check engine light has come on, as i have no cats on my car somethimes if the fuel is bad check engine comes on. I have no problems during trip even check engine light was on car accelerated superb, no issues. Then i went to the dealer and we reset check engine light, they said me that it was catalictyc converter fault and i was right. When i went from dealer on my way to home i noticed this strange sound to my engine, which comes from passenger engine bay side:
Today i have checked all posibilities as i could: I removed gruppe m intake and installed stock stuff, nothing has changed, then i replaced maf with other 100% working maf and also nothing changed. So i know that my MAF works good and also, and i think that there is no issue with my new intake.
I also noticed that on this side of the engine ignition wire which goes to the spark plug is wet - oiled. I know that valve cover gasket leak may cause this. But is there any issues that may cause this? Also how do you think may this type of sound caused by bad ignition coil? wire? or wet spark plug? Or simply bad fuel? I haven't add any fuel to my car yet. Car idles and accelerates good.
