Hey guys i think im getting bent over by MB
Brought the E300 into the dealer to have the glow plugs changed. 600 dollars to change the plugs and then they had the never to charge me 300 dollars to extract the one that THEY broke off in the cylinder. 
So two questions. Where can get glow plugs so i can avoid this in the future? And how is it my responsibilty for them twisting one off?
