94 e320 wiper trouble
hey I have a 94 e 320 the wipers will not turn off unless I turn the key off.if the car is not running and I run the wipers everything works normal as soon as I start the engine and then run the wipers they will not turn off till ignition is turned off.i replaced the rather large wiper relay no change fuses all check good.any ideas I am thinking the arm switch but weird how it works fine with the engine off idk ideas would be appreciated thanks

thank you for the help is there any other ideas.so it has a new relay and now combination switch.they still wont turn off unless by the key and when they decide to stop they do not park in the off position they stop were they want.if anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate I live in a rainy state and really need my windshield wipers to work thank you
