seeking true help

i have a 1997 e320 and theres a clicking sound under the seat when i drive i think its connected to the batter some how

The noise is almost like a clicking sound the car sounds like it is a stick shift changing gears then it will drive fine then start again

I think this is a hand brake adjuster,

something loose in it, you just need to little bit tighten the main spring,,

if clicks still there, will need to get other adjuster..
