2000 E320 4Matic Obsidian Black/Ash
This should be an interesting topic.... I remember in the 80s a 300E hitting 300k+ without a sweat, even the car looked brand new after a compound thanks to the great paint... I wonder how the newest bread fairs...
I only have 35k on my W210...

I've logged 260K mile on my E300 (W124), 230K on my Lexus GS300, 89K mile on my E320 (W211), and 104 miles on my E320 (W211).
At around 250K mile, the W124 had head problem, around $2K to fix, but car didn't really run well after that, so I sold it. My buddy bought it, fixed it, and put another 40K on it. Car still runs well.
I still can't seem to understand the Lexus GS300, at well above 200K mile, car still run smooth & quiet, not to mention that it looks not much different than the day I bought it. How did they do it ????.....
My W210 have some problem (MAF, aux fan...), but small problem anyway. There're crack around the airbag on the dashboard, but I just live with it. Very good car.
My W211 has 98 mile before the infamouse gateway module malfunction. Waiting for part from Germany !!!!. I don't think I'll keep this car beyond warranty.

I'm at 145,600 on my '97 E300. Although I did buy it with 123,600 on the clock ![woowoo](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/woowoo.gif)
Only problem I had was a diesel leak on top of the injection pump. Copper washers wore out.

I put about 100mile/day for commute to/from work.
I live in Orange County, my gf lives in Monterey park, so about 150-200 mile/day on weekend.
We love out of town trips, and hate car rental, so we use our car for most of the trips (Vegas, Grand Canyon, Napa Valley, Santa Barbara, Oregon...). The way I see it, cars are mean to be driven, hard, so I drive a lot
p:p
I bought my first new car last week (and it already broke down !!!). All my other cars, I bought them when they have around 40-50K mile, and tried (hard) to run them into the ground![Wink](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Funny, all of the used cars are so reliable & tight, and the new one is more or less a piece of crap.

E 420
I have 147,000 on my E-420 no big problems I had to change the alternator at abot 105,000 but that was kinda my fault I drew an extra 240 amp load with my sound system. I planed on beefing up the alternator anyway this just mede me do it sooner.

Anybody else got more than 100k on a 2001 or newer? My wife has 102k on her wagon, and never goes anywhere outside the county.... ahh, the joys of suburban motherhood!

Hey Zam, I have the same problem with my dashboard .. cracks around the airbags and other areas... MB Canada said its not their problem.
Anyway, I don't have that much on it right now, but I have been averaging quite alot recently.
I am thinking of swapping another used engine when the mileage gets too high.
