Tel-Aid Woes
Tel-aid is driving me nuts.! When I press the Info button, the system asks me my choice - from that point on I am screaming at the mike in my car like a nut..!! The software asks me again and again where I would like to be connected to, yet each time I tell it the system starts to replay the choices again.
Finally, the operators comes on and has to manually connect me to the area of my choice (usually the concierge). Yesterday they finally told me to have my dealer reload my Tel-Aid software.
I honestly don't think the problem is with my car - the entire Tel-aid service really sucks - to make matters worse they raise the price of the service each year. Several Doctors I work with told me they didn't extend after the 1st year - anyone here have anything nice to say about Tel-aid - please share it quick, because I'm 24 hours from cancelling.

I like it. It's good to use when I get lost for directions or when my car alarm goes off they call me to ask if everything is ok... From a peace of mind/safety perspective it is worth it to me.
If you are interested in concierge, turn over your AMEX and dial the number on the back.
If you would prefer to dial 911 when you airbags deploy... save the $250 and use your cell phone.
Cheers
