Someone just offered to buy my car at $32k. Its a 200o e320 with 31k miles, H&R, 19" carlsson 1/6 evo with P-Zero's, 3 door dings, perfect interior. I owe $26k out the door.

Should I sell and get an 01 or 02 E320 with warranty? (mine dont have warranty anymore)

Pros: Car is not getting any younger, no warranty, 6k profit, ???

Cons: I love the car, 31k miles, start to modify again, ???

my advide, take the 32K, but a low mileage 2000 or 2001 e430 sport under warranty (factory or starmark, or both) then put wheels and springs on it; There is no other way you will be able to get anywhere near 32,000 for your car IMO, so you might as well jump on this oppurtunity while you can... GL
