Tool Kit

Anyone figure out what all the oddball tools in the tool kit are for?
One item looks like a towing hook - where should it be attached?
There's also a plastic tool that looks like a fuse puller, and a threaded rod that I haven't figured out.

The threaded rod is for installing the rim onto the car. You screw in the rod into one of the holes for the bolts and it lines up all the bolts with the holes. Plust it helps keep the rim on the car while installing the first bolt or two.....

Geeez, I didn't know that That's really useful.

Does anyone know what the little rod with the little plastic bit in the end is for (about 8" long)?

Lightbulb Now You Tell Me!

The reason I asked about the tool kit is that I looked at it for the first time last week while changing one of my Pirelli P7000s that bit the dust - wife hit a pothole and blew out the sidewall. The rim is OK, and I had the spare Pirelli mounted, figuring I'll get another 5,000 mi. out of them. They have about 26,000 mi. on them. Had I known about the rim tool I could have used it!

You guys didn't know that you had a wheel mounting guide in your tool pouch?! It comes with Beemers too as they also have bolts...

OK, I just received my tool kit from European Automotive Group with the following contents:

- Lug wrench - Heyco 120 581 02 46
- Tow eye (threaded)
- Wheel alignment tool - billet, cool!
- Pliers - Heyco slip joint, 129 581 00 38
- Screwdriver - "Felo" brand, combination Phillips/flathead
- Allen wrench, "Z" shaped, to manually close sunroof(?)
- 17mm/13mm "Walter" combination wrench
- 10mm/8mm Heyco combination wrench
- Blue roll pouch, 8 pockets

This seems to include everything I've read about, but am I missing anything?

Thanks!
