E55 exhaust

I have an opportunity to purchase a E55 exhaust but the catalytic converter is rusted pretty bad and the pipes have scaling.

the muffler and tips look fine from my quick inspection, would you think buying it for 70$ a solid deal?

The tips look fine besides concrete rashes from probably being dragged...

any opinions and tips are welcomed! Thanks!

Why - do you have a E55 that you need to replace the exhaust ?

That is a very good question.

I don’t have a e55, I have a e430 that I was going to do a exhaust build on in the future. I was wondering if I should just buy this muffler/tips since it’s 70$.

there is a dent in the muffler but other than that, the scaling isn’t bad and the rest looks solid.

I wouldn't waste time or money replacing your E430 exhaust system - especially if your E430 cat's now are working fine... sure you can salvage the E55 tips if that is your thing and have them put on - whatever floats your boat..

Their bumper is lacking the cutout for the E55 tips to look right in it.
