Weird Pulsating At Stop?
When I come to a stop, my e320 will do this pulsing shaking thing, not vibrating. Previously I had vibrating issues and had the engine mounts replaced which fixed that. But when this shaking thing happens my whole car will move. It won't do it EVERY time I stop, but usually if I come to a hard stop it will. My breaks have been squeaking for maybe three months now, does this have something to do with the breaks? I read in the manual that a message will display in the instrument cluster when the break pads need to be replaced, so I haven't done anything about it since I haven't gotten a message.

If you are feeling a pulsing sensation in the brake pedal while braking, then you might have some warped rotors or possibly some worn suspension components. If you are feeling something after your vehicle comes to a complete stop, like a buzzing in the vehicle, your ABS unit might be doing something. If it feels like the vehicle is shaking after you come to a stop, the engine may be misfiring or your mounts might need to be looked at again.
Since you are saying that the brakes are making noise, its definitely worth having your brakes inspected to make sure there are no issues going on down there.
