I have been blessed with the opportunity to buy my 1996 C36 back, I sold last year due to family issues.
Now my stable is complete.

I've thought about buying my old E55 back. It needs more work now (mostly cosmetics) and the price isn't right.

I am buying back for what I sold it for, and seller jas put quite a bit more in it.
We have stayed in touch for over a year.

Same boat here, sort of. He's put a lot into it, but there's no way I'd buy it back for what I sold it for. It's been years and the market has changed for them.

If I could get him down to that for my old E55 I'd do it in a heartbeat. I've told my housemate (it's his boss' car now) to let me know when he gets below $4k for it.
