What tires do you like?
I have an E430 with the 235/45/17 factory wheels/tire size. I had a few sets of the Continental DWS Extreme Contact that I didn't like. They wore out fast (20k or so) and were very noisy after 10k miles. Switched to BF Goodrich G-Force Comp 2S/S which I liked a like better. Quieter all around, and longer life.
To buy a new set installed, balanced, tax and all...out the door for a new set of the BF Goodrich tires is $810.00 (9.25% sales tax in my state). The same shop sells a Yokahama AVID Ascend that would run about $660.00 out the door. I am just wondering what tires are you using would recommend. I listed prices just to see if they are inline with the current tire market and how they compare to your set up.
