High beams and indicator won't come on
My high beams have been out for a while and I need to get them fixed for inspection. I have changed the bulbs and checked the fuses and they are both fine. I took a voltmeter to the wires going into the bulbs and am only getting .1V. I was getting 12V across the fuse. The high beam indicator on the dash doesn't come on either. Has anyone seen this before or have any suggestions on how I should approach finding the problem? MY low beams work fine. Thanks in advance.

Which switch? I was doing some reading tonight and was thinking maybe the combination switch? Thanks for the reply!
