No blower when 100 degrees or more outside
My 2000 Mercedes S500 W220, will not blow cold or any air after sitting in temperatures of 95 degrees or more. Below 95 degrees outside, it comes on and blows cold air perfectly, once exterior temperatures start to climb above 95 degrees, it will not turn on. It doesnt blow any air, and there is no sound or movement. I live in AZ now and did not have this problem before. Have replaced compressor, hoses, accumulator (drier), Thermostat, water pump, radiator, and fan. Its fine early in the morning and in the evening.
What could be the culprit?

Out Of Control!!
You are the culprit----run the AC fault test and actual value test then post the results. If you don't understand look in the stickies for how to preform the tests. Or simply go to any AC shop who will solve your problem in five minutes and yes it isn't free.
